Seeking someone who can work 18-30 hours/week (3 shifts):
--- To be the front line of deli customer service
--- To take orders at the deli’s full-service counter, make sandwiches and other to-order foods, prep and stock deli products, maintain deli sales spaces, and answer questions about products from the deli and other parts of the store. ----- An entry-level position in the coop’s food service operations.

Seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to oversee food production operations in the deli kitchen.
---Organize kitchen processes to maintain high quality, safety, efficiency and profitability.
---Train and manage the kitchen team in a manner that meets the objectives set forward by the Deli Manager.
---Have strong financial skills, and lead the deli in purchasing, product pricing, and inventory management.
---Coordinate with the Deli Supervisor, Bakery Supervisor and Deli Manager to set sales and labor goals.

--- Oversee customer service operations of the deli and cheese departments
--- Be responsible for full- and self-service deli displays, “grab-and-go” and “to-order” production, soup, juice, and coffee bar sales.
--- Coordinate with the Kitchen Supervisor, Cheese Buyer, and Deli Manager to set sales and labor goals.
--- Supervise our amazing Deli Team.
