Return Policy
The Keweenaw Co-op strives for complete shopper
satisfaction. Our staff always gives a prompt
refund on any product that is defective or
damaged. Please review the return policy below
before returning product.
Required for a Return

A receipt or proof of purchase must be
presented.

Returns must be handled within 7 days of
purchase if the item is Bulk Food or
perishable.

All
other returns must be completed in 30 days.
Refunds

A cash refund is given only when the
original purchase was made with cash or
check. Credit card purchases will be
refunded to the card used at the time of the
sale.

If you do not have a receipt for the item
you are returning, you may apply the amount
of the return to a new purchase on the same
day of the return.
Can I Return My Item?
YES:

If defective or spoiled before expiration
date.

If a Deli item was unsatisfactory.

If
unused and unopened and resalable.
NO:

If you didn’t like the taste of something.

If you discover you are allergic to the
product. Please contact the manufacturer.

Bulk, refrigerated, Produce or frozen items
unless spoiled.

Clearance items and/or Special Orders.
