Vote
Democratic control by owners is the backbone of
the cooperative principles which guide and
govern our co-op. Co-op Owners have one vote on
each matter submitted to a vote of the
Ownership. An Owner is not required to exercise
their voting rights but they are encouraged to
do so.
Our main election takes place in April when the
Board of Directors, who act on behalf of the
Co-op, are elected by and from the Ownership.
Other issues and opportunities for Owner input
may be requested throughout the year.
