Community investment is key! It supports the Co-op’s plans to relocate our existing store to a bigger, more accessible location at 612 Quincy St in Hancock. An expanded Co-op means more local jobs and an increased market for locally-grown and produced goods.

We're raising at least $1M of our $7M project budget through our community investment campaign and we need to raise that by June to be able to start construction in August.

Any Michigan resident, business, or organization can invest in our project (not just Owners) and earn a modest rate of return between 2-4%. The minimum investment is $2,000, but we will need some people to invest $5,000, $15,000 or $25,000 or more to reach our goal. Might you be one of those Owners?
